What is a white-label TCG API?

A trading card data API that you sell under your own brand while another company runs it. Your customers sign up on your site, call your domain with keys that carry your prefix, and pay you. Behind it, TCGGraph supplies the card data for 9 games, the prices, the images and the servers.

Do my customers ever see TCGGraph?

No. Your domain, key prefix, documentation, emails, error messages and image URLs carry your name. We do not contact your customers, market to them, or tell them we exist.

Do I need to be technical?

Not for white-label. You send us your name, logo and colours, and add a few DNS records at your domain provider, which is copy and paste; we can do that part with you. Reseller API is for teams that build their own front end, so it assumes a developer.

Who decides what my customers pay?

You do. You set your own plans, prices and allowances, and keep the difference between what you charge and the wholesale cost of what your customers use.

Who supports my customers?

You answer your customers. We answer you: anything about the data, an outage or a bug comes to us, and we reply within one business day, sooner for an outage.

Do I need my own Stripe account?

Yes. Your customers pay you, so the money goes to a Stripe account in your name or your company's. We connect it during setup; if you do not have one yet, opening one is free and done online, and Stripe may ask for proof of identity before your first payout.

Can I change my prices after launch?

Yes, whenever you like. Your plans live in your own Stripe account and your partner dashboard, and new prices apply to new subscriptions from the moment you save them.

What do I send you for setup?

Your brand name, a logo, one or two colours and the domain you want to use. We send back the DNS records to add. Everything else, from the portal to the docs, we write and you review.

Can I upgrade from Reseller API later?

Yes. Pay the difference in setup fees and the portal, docs and billing are added on the same domain, with your existing customers and keys untouched.

Reseller API and white-label run month to month after launch. Cancel any time and the month already paid runs out. Your customer list and their usage history are yours to export. The data licence is an annual agreement.

Is it legal to resell card data?

Our data is licensed to you for resale under the partner terms. Card names, artwork and trademarks belong to their publishers; like every card data provider, you show them to identify cards, and each publisher's own policies still apply to how you use them.
